Le centre immobilier international du groupe Oxylane et la marque d’équitation Fouganza s’associent pour lancer un concours architectural d’idées.
Une belle opportunité pour vous d’imaginer la réhabilitation d’un entrepôt en siège social de la marque Fouganza. Le programme fonctionnel fait partie intégrante de cet appel à créativité. Il comprendra les bureaux des collaborateurs de la marque, un magasin show-room, et un centre équestre comprenant des espaces de pratique indoor et outdoor. Vous serez en prise directe avec la réalité urbaine, sociale, technique, environnementale. .
Le concours est ouvert à tous les jeunes diplômés en architecture du monde entier, passionnés d’équitation. Vous pouvez vous inscrire individuellement ou en équipe pluridisciplinaire pilotée par un diplômé en Architecture et composée de 4 membres maximum, tous diplômés de l’enseignement supérieur (architectes, ingénieurs, artistes, designers, urbanistes, sociologues...) ; tous nés après le 31 décembre 1975.
- Date limite d’inscription : 7 juillet 2009 minuit.
- Date limite d’envoi des projets : 25 Aout 2009.
Le gagnant touchera 3000 euros, le second 2000 euros , le troisième 1000 euros.

The Oxylane Group International Real Estate Centre and Fouganza horse riding brand are joining forces to launch an architectural ideas competition.
A great opportunity for you to redesign and redevelop a warehouse at the head office of the Fouganza brand. The functional programme is an integral part of this call for creative ideas. It will include the offices of the brand’s employees, a store showroom and an equestrian centre including indoor and outdoor riding areas. You will be closely attuned to the urban, social, technical and environmental reality.

The competition is open to all young architecture graduates from all over the world who are passionate about horse riding. You can register individually or as part of a multidisciplinary team headed by an Architecture graduate and made up of a maximum of four members, all of whom must possess a higher education qualification (in Architecture, Engineering, Art, Design, Town Planning, Sociology, etc.) ; all members must be born after 31 December 1975. Registration : before midnight on 7 July 2009. Final project submission : 25 August 2009.
